Except for the Guests (which are around 50k apiece), each of the images are around 100k. So that they can be read, I have not reduced the images . However, the newer browsers are "helpful" and resize graphics to fit in a screen. If you hold your mouse over the image for a second or two, a resize box will appear in the bottom right corner of the image. Clcik that and it should become full-size.
